We will attempt delivery only once, in case the house is locked or recieptant refusing flowers, we will consider the delivery done.
Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
Any change in address / message unless placed within 2 hours of order, cannot be attended too.
In case the recipient is unavailable at the given address, we can leave the product at the doorstep / with a neighbor / leave a door tag / leave a voice message.

Any complaint pertaining to any order will not be entertained later than 7 days from the requested delivery date.
